Capacity Needs Assessment

Training Package Development and Facilitation

Proposal Development
We provide end-to-end proposal development support for organizations applying to bilateral, multilateral, and private donors, including concept note development, technical proposal writing, budget preparation, logical framework design, and editing and quality review to produce submissions that are competitive and credible.
Technical Report Writing
We write and edit technical reports for development programs, including assessment reports, evaluation reports, program documentation, research publications, and donor deliverables, combining analytical rigor with clear, accessible writing that serves both technical and non-specialist readers.
Workshop and Event Facilitation
We design and facilitate workshops, strategic retreats, learning events, multi-stakeholder consultations, and capacity building programs, bringing skilled facilitation that creates the conditions for genuine dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and actionable outcomes.
